1. Product introduction

The Canned motor pump (i.e. canned motor pump) adopts a unique mechanism that is totally enclosed and has no mechanical seal. The stator and rotor are respectively shielded and sealed with stainless steel sleeves, and the liquid transported can enter the motor for cooling, so as to solve the problems such as easy leakage of transmission medium, environmental pollution, poor operation reliability, and difficult maintenance caused by the use of mechanical seals in ordinary pipeline electric pumps. The rotating part is lubricated by graphite bearing (or other materials can be customized) and transmission medium, which is a low-noise, green and environment-friendly upgrading product. Due to its low noise, no leakage, reliable operation, maintenance free and other advantages, it has won the trust of users.

3. Scope of application

Shielded electric pumps are widely used in liquid transportation, wastewater treatment and acid addition processes in chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, metallurgy, electric power, electroplating, pickling, pesticide, paper making and other industries. This pump can transport flammable, explosive and volatile dangerous media such as butanol, dimethylamine, dichloroethane, cyclohexanone, ammonia, petroleum ether, propane, dimethylformamide, ethyl acetate, etc. It is the most advanced leak free pump at present.

4. Product Features

(1) Type B canned motor pump is a basic type, and the pump body is directly mounted on the motor flange.

(2) The BA type canned motor pump is a basic type, and the pump body is connected with the motor flange through the connector.

(3) B-V type shielded electric pump is a basic type, and the circulating pipe mode of the pump is changed to axial internal circulation.

6. Precautions

(1) Yongqiu shielded electric pump is strictly prohibited from no-load operation.

(2) Before starting the Yongqiu shielded pump, it is necessary to thoroughly remove the rust and solid foreign matters in the device. To ensure that the clean medium enters the pump, please install a filter at the pump inlet, and clean the filter regularly according to the cleanliness of the medium, to prevent the pump from being empty due to filter blockage, thus effectively preventing the motor from burning.

(3) The canned motor pump with cold water jacket must be connected with cooling water according to the specified cooling water flow, and then run.

(4) The normal working state of the canned motor pump must conform to the data on the nameplate of the motor pump.

(5) Before the canned motor pump operates, the gas in the device and pump shall be fully discharged.

(6) When the actual amount of canned motor pump is less than the minimum flow, a bypass pipe should be set, otherwise it should not be started.
