1、 Product Overview
FJX forced circulation pump is a large flow, low lift axial flow pump. FJX evaporation circulating pump is manufactured according to international general standards, which is efficient, energy-saving and easy to maintain. It is applicable to evaporation, concentration and cooling of diaphragm caustic soda, phosphoric acid, sugar making, molten salt, paper making, waste water and other industries. In order to improve the production capacity of the equipment, the heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchanger is increased for forced circulation. Installation position: the ground foundation (elastic support can be configured according to user needs) is directly suspended on the evaporator. Pump type: vertical and horizontal. Transmission mode: direct transmission, belt transmission, hydraulic coupling, universal joint transmission. Sealing structure: combined mechanical seal and packing seal. Manufacturing method of pump body: casting and welding.

3、 Performance range
FJX forced circulation pump flow: 300-23000m3/h, lift: 2-12M, working pressure: 0.1-0.7MPa, working temperature: - 20 ℃ - 480 ℃
4、 Product features
The company has introduced and absorbed the advantages of similar products at home and abroad, and made great adjustments to the product structure to ensure the reliability, economy and safety of the pump operation.
FJX forced circulation pump mainly includes:
1. The speed is low, generally within 980r/min, which meets the requirements of crystallization process and operates stably.
2. Excellent hydraulic performance, efficiency>70%, wide high efficiency area, good cavitation resistance.
3. Consider that the flow direction of the pump medium is vertical downward and horizontal outward. The water flow force has a great impact on the pump shaft, and the pump shaft outer sleeve protection device is added in the pump body.
