G-type single screw pump is a kind of internal meshing closed screw pump, which belongs to the rotor type positive displacement pump. Because this pump has strong adaptability to the medium, stable flow, good suction performance and small pressure pulsation, it can transport various In addition to the flowing medium, it can also transport highly viscous media, media containing hard suspended particles or solid particles, and media containing fibers. The single screw pump is an internal meshing rotary positive displacement pump. The main working parts are the eccentric screw (rotor) and the fixed bushing (stator), due to the special geometry of the rotor and stator. Several separate sealed chambers are respectively formed, and the operation of the rotor transports the medium in each sealed chamber from the suction end to the extrusion end continuously, at a uniform speed and with a constant volume. Due to these characteristics, the single screw pump is especially suitable for the following conditions;

Scope of application
