The inlet and outlet flanges of the YG explosion-proof pipeline pump are on the same center line, which can be directly installed on the pipeline. The vertical structure, the machine and the pump are integrated, the floor space is small, and the installation is very convenient. This pipeline pump adopts high-quality mechanical seal without leakage, which effectively reduces the oil and gas content of the pump room, and improves the safety and reliability of the pump room by taking care of the working environment. The suction pressure of the oil pump is less than or equal to 1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is less than or equal to 1.6MPa, that is, the pressure at the suction port of the pump + the pump head is less than or equal to 1.6MPa, and the static pressure test pressure of the pump is 2.5MPa. Please indicate the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be specified separately when ordering, so that the overcurrent part and the connecting part of the pump are made of cast steel during manufacture.
